We present our cooling system design for a newly developed technological line, covering various process temperatures.
Thanks to the use of a specially designed BRW fan cooling tower and an integrated SIREG water cooling system, we managed to achieve a significant reduction in electricity consumption. This solution also guarantees reliability even in unfavorable cooling temperature conditions and failure-free operation in the event of downtime.
One of the key aspects of this project was energy efficiency and reliability, which is why we used a freecooling system and appropriate control and redundancy of components, which translated into high safety of the entire process.
