Cooling system
A cooling system implemented for a newly built process line covering a range of process temperatures.
The project, through the use of specially designed adiabatic BRG coolers, the entire system can operate using water as the medium. The advantage of this solution is the guarantee of failure-free downtime even under extreme temperature conditions.
In addition to the “fan” coolers, an internal GRWV compressor cooler was used, which, despite its high power output and compact design, does not generate the excess heat necessary to be discharged by the air condensers, as is the case with traditional solutions.
The entire investment was based on the idea of energy efficiency and reliability. An essential aspect was the “free cooling” system and appropriate control and component redundancy, which provides a sense of security for the entire process.
