Characteristics
● To use with very hot pieces (up to 200°C)
● Recommended for the transport of metallic and sharp pieces, with high presence of lubricants
Technical features
● Structure made of aluminium anodised profile height 180 mm
● With side panel not removable height 60 mm
● Metal belt, without slats. Metal belt complete with special double containment edges, which do not open even during the rotation of the belt itself
● Transmission group composed of: three-phase motor, worm reduction unit with lubrication for life and safety limiter
● Fixed standard speed ~4 m/min
● Equipped with Start/Stop motor cut-out
● Standard motor supply voltage 400V/50 Hz
When to choose a metal belt conveyor?
With very high temperatures (up to +200°C). With small / sharp pieces (e.g. screws).
With high presence of lubricants
